WEST FRANKFORT — Teachers at the Frankfort Community Unit School District No. 168 are working without a contract as negotiations for a new agreement continue.

In a statement to The Southern, Frankfort CUSD No. 168 Superintendent Matt Donkin said the existing agreement expired "one day preceding the first day of the 2025-26 school year."
