On average, the CCWSA supplies about 10.5 million gallons of water per day, according to Jay Boren, CEO of the water authority.

According to Jennifer Nelson, senior vice president of global communications at Prologis, Project Sail is expected to generate approximately 2 million gallons of wastewater each day.

The development of regional impact filing for the site states that the county doesn't have the necessary infrastructure to support the development's needs.
