ORANGEBURG, S.C. (WIS) - We are days away from municipal elections in Orangeburg

There are five candidates on the ballot running for mayor of the city, with approximately 13,000 votes.

Incumbent Michael Butler, CDL instructor and military veteran Darnell Johnson, Orangeburg Chamber of Commerce President James McQuilla, local business owner Jeanna Reynolds, and former Orangeburg building and zoning administrator Gene Nelson are all looking to occupy the seat Mayor Butler has held for 12 years.

Candidates each expressed their platforms.
