NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark — It's officially Hunger Action Month, and in recent years, Arkansas has ranked the worst in the country for food insecurity.

Travis Matthews oversees the food pantry and said he's seeing the need grow when it comes to people needing food assistance. Especially Seniors.

"We kind of look at it as a team effort, for sure," Travis Matthews said.
