A TikTok video goes viral after two sisters from Luther captured a shocking moment on an Oklahoma highway. They saw a man partially hanging out of the back of the window of an Oklahoma Department of Corrections transport van along I-40 near downtown Oklahoma City.

Alexis and Tiggin Martin said they first thought it was a joke, and even after posting it on TikTok, many people questioned whether it was real or not. But the ODOC confirms it did happen.

“At first, I thought it was a regular vehicle too and somebody hanging out their window, but then the orange jumpsuit kind of gave it away,” said Alexis, who was driving the car.

The sisters took a wrong turn Tuesday evening when they ended up behind the van on I-40 and saw the inmate pleading with them.
