GREEN BAY — Seven Green Bay Packers — including new star defensive end Micah Parsons and cornerback Nate Hobbs — are listed as questionable for Sunday’s season-opening matchup with the Detroit Lions at Lambeau Field.
Now, not all questionable injury designations are created equal, and while Parsons certainly sounded like a guy who expects to play — he said he can’t wait to “see how they’re going to unleash me” — Hobbs probably has more to prove before getting the go-ahead to suit up.
Hobbs practiced on Thursday and Friday, his first two practices since tearing the meniscus in his right knee during a July 31 practice and undergoing arthroscopic surgery two days later.
He was limited in his participation, though, and it’s unclear whether he did any 11-on-11 work. All 53 players practiced
