MEDINA – Author Julie Berry will kick off the national tour for her new YA novel “If Looks Could Kill” with events in Medina and Perry.

Berry, whose novel feature Jack the Ripper among its character, will be joined by Ripper expert and author Michael Hawley during the appearances.
