Did you know that there was an ancient deer park right in the heart of Birmingham ?
Manor Farm Park is tucked behind the busy Bristol Road South in Northfield and dates back to the 16th century when it was farmland.
It was bought by the Cadbury family and turned into a public park in 1955.

As part of Birmingham Heritage Week , you can take a self-guided 2km walking trail around ten sites of historic interest in and around Manor Farm Park.
Each site has a QR code which, when scanned on a smartphone, allows you to find out more.
