ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) - Candlelight glowed in Roanoke Friday evening to honor a member of the LGBTQ community in the days following his death.
Blake Sturm was known for entertaining crowds with his drag performances and creating a space of acceptance.
He was found dead Tuesday after being reported missing.
Friends and loved ones came together at the Vega Community Center for a candlelight vigil to find comfort and celebrate Sturm’s life.
