An elongated area of low pressure has settled in over the Eastern Gulf and Florida and will support chances for scattered rain & storms throughout the weekend.

While most of the Bay area will start off quiet, some spots may see some early morning rain & storms. By the early afternoon, spotty showers look to develop before blossoming into a 60% chance of scattered storms for the late afternoon and evening.

A bulk of the afternoon storms will be focused east of I-75 but these eventually drift westward around sunset. Throughout the day expect a mix of sun and clouds Saturday with average high temperatures near 91°.

Sunday continues with similar conditions; a few areas of rain or storms in the morning and a 60% chance of scattered rain and storms by the afternoon and evening.
