LANSING — Three Mt. Pleasant-area individuals will face trial in Eaton County for allegedly falsifying ID information of an individual and stealing nearly $600,000, the Michigan Attorney General's Office said on Sept. 5.
Averill Anne Dintaman, 46, and Daniel Jacob Nolan, 51, waived preliminary examinations in Eaton County 56A District Court and were bound over to stand trial in the 56th Circuit Court on felony charges, the Michigan AG's Office said in a release.
A third person, Dwayne Andrew Johnson, 59, of St. Louis, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to stand trial previously, the release said.
“I am pleased to see this case move forward to trial,” Attorney General Dana Nessel said in the release. “My office will continue working with the Department of Treasury to ensur
