NEW YORK (PIX11)-- A traffic light pole fell in Manhattan, injuring four people on Saturday morning, officials said.
The incident occured near West 81 Street and Central Park West at around 10:47 a.m., police said.
Emergency Medical Services were called and transported four people to a local hospital to be treated for their injuries. Their status is unknown at this time, the FDNY said.
It remains unclear how the traffic pole fell.
A full investigation remains ongoing, authorities said.
