EDINA, Minn. — Two mothers are dead after a St. Paul man led police on a chase and crashed.
“She was funny, she always knew how to make people laugh that was my friend,” said Xylus McCoy.
Liberty Borg and Marisa Casebolt were killed in that Thursday morning crash. Borg’s son was in the car and is recovering in the hospital.
McCoy met Borg in high school, and they’ve been friends ever since.
“She was energetic, like she was friendly, like she made no enemies, everybody loved her, she was just full of high energy, she was very respectful to people, she didn’t bring off bad energy. She was the life of the party."
Edward Tiki Arrington, 45, was the man police were chasing. He is also known to authorities as Troy Mike Payton and faces a charge of carjacking resulting in death at the feder
