ASHLAND, Ky. (WSAZ) - A 5K was held in Ashland Saturday to help raise awareness for PTSD. This is the second year the race was hosted to raise money to help firefighters in Ashland get the help they need.

Gary Shelby has been with the fire department for about 6 years and has seen how Post Traumatic Stress Disorder affects other first responders.
