Here is the parking and road closure from the city of Cleveland.

Municipal (Muni) Lot opens at 5 a.m.; parking is $50.

Willard Garage and Surface Lot open at 7 a.m.; parking is $40. You cannot tailgate at this garage.

Parking restrictions:

St. Clair Avenue from E. Ninth to W. Ninth streets

Lakeside Avenue from E. Ninth to W. Ninth streets

W. Ninth Street from Front to W. Superior avenues

W. Third Street from Summit to W. Superior Avenue

E. Ninth Street from Lakeside to Carnegie avenues

Road closures:

Erieside Avenue from E. Ninth to West Third streets will close at 5 a.m.

Route 2 Eastbound exit ramp at E. Ninth Street will close at 10 a.m.
