The cushy part of Georgia football ’s early-season schedule is over.
Actually, it looked like it ended in the second quarter of its 28-6 win over Austin Peay when the Bulldogs were outscored 3-0 in the final 13:50 of a first half with Georgia unable to get in the end zone from the 1-yard line .
The Bulldogs notched the ho-hum victory on Saturday, Sept. 6., over Austin Peay that didn’t feel good for Georgia fans, but felt a lot better than what Florida fans had to swallow after a stunning loss later Saturday to South Florida at home.
Georgia also has a 45-7 win over a Marshall team whose roster was flipped after a coaching change and defections.
Now we begin to find out what the 2025 Bulldogs are all about.
