DULUTH, Minn. (Northern News Now) - Many took to the longest trail in Duluth for an annual bike ride with views of the city.

The third annual Race Across Duluth was held on Saturday, with 400 racers signed up for the 45-mile event, which sold out in just a month, according to organizers.

The event goes along the Traverse Trail, beginning at Lester Park, taking riders all the way to Chambers Grove.

According to organizers, the trail is perfect as it gives riders a piece of woods, hills, rocks, and all the natural variety Duluth has to offer.
