PRAIRIE GROVE, Ark. — The Prairie Grove community gathered Sept. 6 to honor Clinton and Cristen Brink, the victims of the double homicide at Devil's Den State Park in July. The event was organized to help raise funds for the Brink Memorial Fund, which will go directly to support the couple's daughters.

The Brinks who had just moved to Prairie Grove before they were killed, were hiking with their 7- and 9-year-old daughters when they were allegedly attacked by Andrew McGann , a teacher living in Springdale.

The attack rocked the community. In the days following, despite not knowing much about the Brinks initially, the Prairie Grove community rallied around the family.
