DULUTH, Minn. (Northern News Now) - Every great harvest needs a little bit of rain, and for an annual Duluth festival, it seemed fitting.
The 30th anniversary of the Lake Superior Harvest Festival brought in hundreds to Bayfront Festival Park as vendors of all sorts, from the farmers market to crafts.
Some have been coming to the event for years, as they say, the people make the event.
“Energy and the spirit of the people here just seem like an excellent community event, it’s no cost, which is awesome, people just seem to come here and have a good time, and it’s just good people,” said Duluth Folk School Volunteer Elden Lindamood.
The Sustainable Farming Association helps with the event as it hopes to continue showcasing Northland’s farmers’ market and the agricultural bounty that the
