Glen Ridge downs Whippany Park late despite weather

Zach Konetzni had a 37-yard interception return for a touchdown to help give Glen Ridge a 21-14 victory over Whippany Park in Glen Ridge.

The game was called due to lightning with 5:23 left in the fourth quarter, however, the game is final and official, as Glen Ridge (1-0) earned its first victory of the season.
