As Danville Community College prepares for its massive All Citizens Job & Resource Fair coming in November, it’s issuing a registration call to those who want to be a part of it.

Set for Nov. 13 at the Community Market in Danville, the annual event draws regional employees, providers of resources, support services and those looking for new employment opportunities to one place.

In particular, it sets a goal to reduce barriers residents may face when trying to find a new job.

Last year, there were 53 employer tables, 35 resource providers and about 300 attendees, DCC reported. The employers represented about 1,100 open positions across the region.
