Will Campbell is expected to make his NFL debut against the Raiders on a rainy afternoon in Foxborough.

The Patriots first-rounder popped up on Thursday’s injury report with an ankle ailment, and despite being limited in practice and getting the questionable designation, NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero said Campbell is good to go.

“He’s questionable today with an ankle, but you know that’s not going to stop him. I’m told he is expected to make his debut,” Pelissero said.

That’s certainly welcome news for the Patriots, who are thin at tackle behind Campbell. If he wasn’t ready to go, New England would have either needed to start Vederian Lowe or seventh-rounder Marcus Bryant.
