HADDAM, Conn — A road is closed in Haddam as Connecticut State Police said they are investigating a "suspicious incident" Sunday afternoon.

As of 4 p.m., the investigation is underway in the area of Staba Drive, which is currently closed.

State police are asking people to avoid the area.

A FOX61 crew spotted environmental services also at the scene.
