OCONEE COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - Officials with the South Carolina Department of Transportation reported crews are making repairs on an Upstate road.

A FOX Carolina viewer sent us photos of the hole a bridge in Fairplay.

Officials said crews arrived at the bridge near exit 2 on I-85 on Saturday to prepare the bridge road for deck repair.

Repairs began Sunday and is expected to cause lane closure through Sunday on the bridge’s northbound side, according to officials.
