SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- Customers in San Francisco's Japantown now have one fewer dining option. Popular Korean restaurant Daeho is temporarily closed "until further notice," the restaurant said in an Instagram post this weekend.
Daeho did not specify or provide a reason for its temporary closure. There is no known date for when the restaurant at 1620 Post St. will reopen.
"Our SF Japantown location will be temporarily closed until further notice," Daeho wrote. "Thank you for your understanding!"
Daeho opened in Japantown back in February 2019, and the restaurant's "overwhelming success" led to several more locations opening, according to its website. Daeho's second location in Milpitas opened in June 2019.
The restaurant has since risen in popularity, thanks to its signature Galbi-jji
