A 70-year-old woman has been reported missing from an Etowah County community.

According to a social media post, the Sardis Police Department and Etowah County Sheriff's Office are asking for your help in locating Betty Stephens.

The sheriff's office said Stephens was last seen Sunday about 5:30 p.m. and was walking on foot.

She was wearing black leggings and a black top at the time she was last seen, authorities said.
