The National Weather Service released a frost advisory at 1 a.m. on Monday valid for Tuesday between 2 a.m. and 8 a.m. for Oneida County.

The weather service states to expect, "Temperatures between 33 and 37 degrees will result in frost formation."

"Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered," adds the weather service. "Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold."
