CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A $1 million winning Powerball ticket was purchased before Saturday night’s drawing at the 7-Eleven on Hedgeville Road in Hedgesville.
The ticket hit all five numbers but missed on the Power Ball. There were 19 Match 5 tickets sold across the country.
Those winning numbers Saturday were 11, 23, 44, 61, 62 and the Power Ball was 17.
The $1.8 billion jackpot went to a pair of winning tickets. The tickets were purchased in Missouri and Texas.
Powerball went 42 consecutive drawings without a main jackpot being hit.
