A multi-vehicle crash shut down a portion of I-95 northbound in Bensalem, slowing down traffic on Monday morning.
Pennsylvania State Police said the crash happened just before 5 a.m. in the center median of the northbound lanes of I-95, near Mile Marker 37.8.
All lanes on I-95 northbound were shut down from Street Road to Route 413 and reopened around 9:30 a.m.
According to troopers, a 65-year-old man driving a Ford Fusion struck the center barrier. Two other vehicles were also involved in the crash.
The driver of the Ford Fusion was declared dead at the scene.
The cause of the crash and the driver's death are under investigation.
