Police raids prompted by cars being 'cloned, stolen and given false MOT details' have resulted in further charges.
Officers targeted a number of addresses and business premises in Halesowen and Kingswinford as part of an investigation into vehicle crime.
Two men have now been charged with conspiring to steal motor vehicles.

Martin Gwilliams, 35, of Kingswinford, and Luke Evans, 27, of Wordsley, are due to appear at Dudley Magistrates’ Court on September 25.
Two other men, Wayne Nicholls, 36, and Chad Wright, aged 26, were previously charged with conspiring to steal motor vehicles.
They were due to appear at Wolverhampton Crown Court today (Monday, September 8).
