The Buffalo Bills hadn’t won a game where they trailed by 15 points in the fourth quarter since 1967. When they punted down 40-25 with 9:27 left in the game, fans started to leave. It’s a night game. It was nearly 11 p.m. People have to work in the morning and traffic is going to be hard. I get it.

Josh Allen shows you no mercy.

“There’s just no quit in this team,” Allen said postgame on NBC before praising the team’s new kicker, Matt Prater. “Our team didn’t quit. I mean, I think there’s people that left the stadium and that’s okay. We’ll be fine, but, have some faith next time.”

The Bills had an improbably last-second score in the first half and the second half. They were magic. Their win probability was almost zero, but they persevered.
