The morning rain didn’t stop nearly 400 cyclists from enjoying an eventful ride on the roads of southern Lennox & Addington on Saturday.

Lennox and Addington County hosted its Naturally L&A Discover Ride, which started under cloudy and wet conditions, but by noon, the sun was shining and strong west winds made it challenging at times, as riders peddled the 56-kilometre loop through the scenic countryside of south shore Hay Bay, Dorland, Adolphustown, Conway and Sandhurst.

The ride began and ended at Bergeron Estate Winery & Cider Co. in Adolphustown, but rest stops along the way included Gap Park, downtown Bath, South Fredericksburgh Hall, The Hive & Hearthstone and Old Hay Bay Church before heading back to the winery.
