State Cracks Down on ‘Vape Shop Morphine’ as Emergency Rule Classifies Isolated 7-OH as a Schedule I Controlled Substance
Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) inspectors have removed 17,311 packages of concentrated 7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH) from stores across more than 20 counties, Commissioner Wilton Simpson announced today. This significant action follows an emergency rule that classified isolated or concentrated 7-OH as a Schedule I controlled substance in Florida.
