In a few weeks, a Massachusetts family will be seen in an episode of the popular game show “Family Feud.”
It’s been a long journey to get there.
It all started in March 2023 when Jack Cappadona, of North Attleborough, crawled down “one of those YouTube rabbit holes, where I was watching clips from ‘Family Feud’ on repeat.”
He started playing along with the contestants on the “Fast Money” portion of the popular game show.
“I bet my family and I would be good at this,” he said to himself.
On a particularly slow day at work — he was working in a fully remote customer chat support job at the time — he filled out the contestant application page on the “Family Feud” website, without bothering to ask his family.
“I figured we had a one in a million chance of being picked at all,” he said.
