BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - ENJOY THE NICER WEATHER

We will continue to enjoy below normal temperatures for a couple days before a warming trend brings highs back into the mid 90°s by the end of this week. Temperatures this afternoon stay in the mid to upper 80°s. Morning lows will remain in the mid 60°s tomorrow.

By Tuesday afternoon the local area will see a warming trend begin.

SLIM RAIN CHANCE TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY

A broad area of low pressure sits in the Eastern Gulf. That low will track closer to South Louisiana tomorrow and Wednesday.

It looks to get close enough to trigger a few spotty to isolated mainly afternoon t-showers. A majority will stay dry. Those that see rain will likely pick up less than 0.10″. That means the sprinklers are a good bet to keep the yards looking green th
