(WFSB) - A salmonella outbreak has been tied to some home delivery meals, said the CDC.
Sixteen people got sick after eating select dishes from Metabolic Meals, including someone in Connecticut.
Seven of those people were hospitalized, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
No deaths were reported.
The affected meals are the four cheese tortellini, low-carb chicken teriyaki and vegetables, black garlic and ranch chicken tenders, and sliced top sirloin with roasted peanut sauce and summer vegetables.
The meals were delivered during the week of July 28.
Customers who bought these products were contacted by the company and were told not to eat the products.
