The data shows Kentucky ranked 14th among states where residents spend the most on lottery tickets, with Kentuckians spending an average of $407.26, a 9.8% change from last year.
Kentucky pays out 69.7% of lottery spending in the form of winnings, with per-capita spending at $407.26 and per-capita payouts at $283.95, according to LendingTree.
