San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy may not be playing in Week 2 against the New Orleans Saints.

According to a report from Adam Schefter of ESPN, Purdy has suffered multiple injuries and is questionable to play on Sunday.

"Brock Purdy has a left shoulder and toe injury that make him uncertain for Sunday's game in New Orleans," Schefter said. "Kyle Shanahan said the team will see how the practice week goes."

In the season's opening game, Purdy completed 26 of 35 passes for 277 yards and two touchdowns. He also rushed for 17 yards.

Purdy was selected by the 49ers with the final pick of the 2022 NFL Draft, making him "Mr. Irrelevant." He earned the third-string quarterback position on the team behind Trey L
