KOOTENAI COUNTY, Idaho -- Updated at 7:30 p.m. : Westbound lanes are back open after a major crash blocked traffic in both directions on I-90just east of the Washington-Idaho border on Monday evening.

The crash happened around 5 p.m. and fully blocked traffic on the Idaho side of I-90 between mileposts 0 and 2.

No information about the cause of the crash or any details have been provided.

Updated at 6:30 p.m. : Eastbound lanes are back open after a major crash blocked traffic on I-90 just east of the Washington-Idaho border on Monday evening.

As of 6:30 p.m., all eastbound lanes are back open, but westbound lanes are still blocked on I-90 between mileposts 0 and 2.

Drivers should expect delays, reduce speed and use caution.
