Right before the final game of the first week of the 2025 NFL season, a trade was announced.

The Jacksonville Jaguars agreed to send running back Tank Bigsby to the Philadelphia Eagles in exchange for a 2025 fifth-round and sixth-round draft pick, per Adam Schefter of ESPN.

Bigsby, who played college football at Auburn, was selected by the Jaguars in the third round of the 2023 NFL draft.

He had 910 yards with nine touchdowns since coming to Jacksonville, including 766 yards with seven touchdowns in 2024.

In Week 1, Bigsby had just five carries for 12 yards against the Carolina Panthers, as Travis Etienne Jr. had complete control of the backfield in Jacksonville.
