The 2025 edition of the Mayor's Cup will be played under the lights.

The Southeastern Conference released its television schedule for Week 4 on Monday, and No. 25 Mizzou's home game with No. 11 South Carolina is scheduled for either 6 or 6:30 p.m. on ABC or ESPN. The other game in that time slot is Florida's road contest at No. 5 Miami (FL).

Both the Tigers and Gamecocks are undefeated, although that might not be the case by the time they play each other. While Mizzou is nearly a four-touchdown favorite against Louisiana, South Carolina welcomes a feisty Vanderbilt squad which has blown out Charleston Southern and Virginia Tech in its first two games.
