YOUNGSTOWN Youngstown Police are looking for the driver of an SUV that was found flipped early Tuesday.

The damaged SUV was found on its roof near the intersection of Shehy and Bruce streets around midnight, with the driver fleeing the scene before police arrived.

Authorities said the vehicle struck a fire hydrant, dislodging it. The city's water department was contacted for repairs. No flooding was reported at the scene.
