Vernon Kay says his wife Tess Daly doesn't hold back when it comes to sharing her opinion about his outfits. Opening up about his past career as a model, Vernon said this line of work made him "become more of an individual".

The 51-year-old added: "I could never understand how one designer could influence what the world should wear, so I thought, 'Well, I'm going to wear what I want to but I want people to see that I do follow fashion'.

"Music is the biggest influence on what I wear, like rock and roll and a bit of the old school rave culture - not what it became but the old school, which was quite rebellious and a bit anti-establishment."
