Carmel is taking aim at what city leaders have deemed a bothersome RV that often parks near city hall.
City councilors may vote on an ordinance later this month that would require motorists to park their vehicles within the lines of a single parking space on streets and in city-owned lots.
The new rule would apply broadly but was sparked by dislike of this one particular RV that often takes up two parking spaces. Violaters could be ticketed or towed as the ordinance is written. It would not apply to street parking, where lines are not drawn.
