HANOVER TWP. —A man purporting to buy an E-Bike never returned from a test ride on Monday, Hanover Township police reported.

Police said the owner of the E-Bike, a Talaria XXX Power Teck, agreed to meet a man in a private sale at Burger King on Carey Avenue at about 7 p.m.

The purported buyer took the E-Bike for a test ride and never returned, and was last seen traveling toward Wilkes-Barre.

Police said the E-Bike is valued at $4,500.

Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call Hanover Township police at 570-825-1254.
