Schools closed Tuesday due to local 'boil alert'

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) -- Students at a local school district in Middletown will not be in class today.

According to an announcement via social media, Madison Local School District will not have classes on Tuesday, Sept. 9 due to a boil alert throughout Madison Township.

The district will release an update later today on whether classes will be had on Wednesday.
