CINCINNATI (WXIX) - Hamilton County’s police chiefs are calling for citizens to share their concerns about crime and public safety.

The Hamilton County Association of Police Chiefs is holding a series of town hall meetings called “Partnering for Public Safety.”

The first one will be next week: Thursday, Sept. 18, in the Delhi Township Administrative Building, 5031 Delhi Ave.

Doors will open at 6 p.m. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m.

“‘Partnering for Public Safety’ is an opportunity for the people to speak and the partners in the Hamilton County criminal justice system to listen,” the chiefs said in a news release Tuesday.

“The most important invitees to this event are the people of Hamilton County.”
