AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - A 31-year-old man has been arrested in an aggravated sodomy case in Augusta.

On Tuesday. Richmond County deputies say Jerrell Chiles was taken into custody and booked into the Charles B. Webster Detention Center.

On Aug. 21, deputies said Chiles was wanted for aggravated sodomy and exploitation of a disabled or elderly person.

Officials say the incident happened on on the 2600 block of Deans Bridge Road on Aug. 20.
