For his first game of the NFL season, Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams wanted to send a message to the millions of people who would be watching the Monday Night Football game this week.

Since college, fans have known that Williams is a man who likes to paint his fingernails. He does so unapologetically.

The former USC quarterback explained last year that he loves to go to the nail salon because it’s peaceful and he can throw on some headphones and watch a movie.

“And then, I’m comfortable in my own skin. I know who and what I am and who I like and what I like and how I go about that,” he said at the time.

On Monday, the Chicago Bears’ star quarterback had his fingernails painted, but this time, he had a message to send.
