CLEVELAND (WJW) – This isn’t just for pickle lovers. It’s for lovers of life.
But yes, there are pickles. Lots of pickles.
The 7th Annual Cleveland Pickle Fest is set for Sept. 20 in downtown Cleveland at Mall C.
It’s from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and includes all the pickle flavoring the heart could want.
That means pickle-flavored desserts, pickle pizza, pickle merchandise.
Other highlights include a pickle-eating contest.
New this year is the Pickle Pup Pageant, which sounds like a can’t-miss event.
Dogs in pickle costumes will be competing for top pup, even though we know they’re all winners.
The crowd will choose the winner, so fans will need to rally for their favorite pickle pup.
Children 5 and under are free. General admission tickets are $10.
